Delivery Charges

Minimum £12.00 delivery charge for orders under £300 and weighing more than 5kg- packed in one box. Delivery costs are dependant on weight and number of packages Free Delivery charges are for orders over £300 and packed in one carton and are based on delivery in England and Wales only, and not for any orders intended for export or Scotland Ireland & Europe is now delivered on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Times

For all items immediately in stock, delivery will be made next working day- if the order is placed before 1pm and paid by 1pm.
Where deliveries are incomplete or there are queries we will contact you to make arrangements for delivery.
Next Day Delivery

Is affected when funds are cleared into the account before 1pm and the order has been received before 12pm, goods are then sent for next day delivery.
If an order is received on a Friday, it will be sent to arrive on a Monday, unless a surcharge is paid for weekend delivery.
All deliveries are made only after cleared funds are received, or credit card payments have been confirmed by our office.
Please Note:

All European deliveries are done on a case-by-case basis.
Missed Delivery

If you miss delivery of your order you must respond to the card left by the couriers. If this is ignored the courier will re-attempt delivery the next working day. If this re-delivery is again unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the courier's depot for further instruction and eventually returned back to Mabini. If this occurs then the buyer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges
Incorrect Address

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and another party signs for your goods, then Mabini cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

For collection from the warehouse - when placing your order select the "collection" delivery option. Mabini will hold the order pending collection from your own specified courier, we will only pack goods once payment is made. Please note: We do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Any transit issues need to be resolved by yourselves and the couriers in question.
Returns Policy

Please note that goods must be returned in original condition. We will accept returns up to a 14 day period from date of despatch All return shipping/ delivery costs are incurred by the customer.
